Nephila Holdings Ltd., and its subsidiaries (Nephila”), conduct investment management business, specializing in reinsurance risk. Nephila is committed to transparent and ethical behavior in all aspects of its business. Conducting its business with integrity, in all areas, is of the utmost importance to Nephila. This is Nephila’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the purposes of section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (MSA). Given the nature of Nephila’s business, Nephila considers its supply chains to be of low risk in relation to human trafficking and slavery. Nephila’s suppliers consist mainly of regulated companies, financial services firms and IT/Infrastructure providers. Nephila’s suppliers are expected to uphold their employees’ human rights and share Nephila’s zero tolerance approach towards slavery. As part of Nephila’s commitment to maintaining an ethical work place, we have policies in place covering various areas of the business such as: Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing, Anti Bribery/Corruption, Code of Ethics and Whistleblowing.  Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking awareness training is now part of the training all Nephila employee’s undertake each year.
